Baccarat

Baccarat is the most popular live game in Asia. You bet on whether the Banker or Player hand will finish closest to 9, or whether the result is a tie. The Banker bet has the lowest house edge, which is why most tables take a small commission on Banker wins.

There are many variants: no-commission baccarat, speed baccarat with faster rounds, and squeeze tables where cards are revealed slowly. Side bets such as pairs pay more but carry a larger house edge.

Sic Bo and Dragon Tiger

Sic Bo is played with three dice. The simplest bets are Big (a total of 11 to 17) or Small (4 to 10). Bets on specific numbers or triples pay more but win far less often.

Dragon Tiger is a very simple card game. One card goes to Dragon and one to Tiger, and the higher card wins. Rounds are fast, so set a limit before you start.

Roulette and blackjack

European roulette has a single zero and a house edge of about 2.7%, lower than American roulette with its double zero. If both are available, choose the European version.

Blackjack gives the player more control. With basic strategy, the house edge can be very low. Live blackjack tables fill up quickly at peak times, so variants without seat limits are useful.

Live game shows

Besides table games, many platforms offer live game shows: big money wheels, dice or board games with random multipliers, and bonus rounds run by a presenter. They are fun and easy to follow, but the house edge is usually higher than baccarat or blackjack. Treat them as entertainment, not strategy.

How to choose a table

FactorWhat to look for
Betting limitsA minimum bet that suits your balance. VIP tables have high minimums.
Dealer languageSome tables have dealers speaking Bahasa Melayu, English or Chinese.
Round speedSpeed tables are faster, which means more bets per hour.
ProviderEvolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Dream Gaming and WM Casino are among the common ones.

Managing your balance at live tables

Live tables move fast. A baccarat round takes roughly 30 to 60 seconds, so you can place more than 60 bets in an hour. A RM20 bet per round means over RM1,200 wagered in an hour.

Decide on a number of rounds or a time limit before you sit down. Avoid systems that double your bet after a loss. They quickly hit table limits or drain your balance, and they do not change the house edge.

The result patterns shown on a baccarat scoreboard (roadmap) are just history. Each new round is not influenced by the ones before it.

Etiquette at live tables

  • Use the chat politely. The dealer and other players can see your messages.
  • Place bets before the timer runs out. Bets after that are not accepted.
  • If a technical error happens, take a screenshot and contact the platform's support.

Live casino and bonuses

Many welcome bonuses do not count live casino bets towards turnover, or count them at a low rate. Some platforms offer bonuses or rebates specifically for live casino. Check the details in our bonus guide before depositing.

Live casino needs a stable internet connection. If the stream drops mid-round, the result is normally still recorded by the provider and shown in your game history.

Frequently asked questions
